Zusammenfassung:	This gamma-aminobutyric acid enrichment apparatus is equipped with a tank for storing grains, an air-supply tunnel, and an air-exhaust tunnel. In the tank, multiple air-supply pipes into which warmed and humidified air or dry air is blown from the air-supply tunnel and multiple air-exhaust pipes through which the warmed and humidified air or dry air is exhausted to the air-exhaust tunnel are horizontally installed. Further, the first lids are provided at the outlet-side ends of the air-exhaust pipes, the outlet-side ends being portions through which the warmed and humidified air or dry air is exhausted.
