Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an animal model of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT) as a HSP27 mutant (S135F) carrier, specifically, an animal model of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT) which is used for evaluation of the efficacy of a candidate material for a CMT therapeutic agent by injecting, into an embryo of a mouse, a vector expressing a mutant type in which the 135th serine of a HSP27 protein is substituted with phenylalanine, and selecting a mouse having the expression vector so as to check if the mouse exhibits the phenotype of CMT. |
