Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a composite sheet, a production method thereof and an electronic apparatus using the same. The composite sheet that can bring about sufficient heat-insulating effects even in a narrow space inside the housing of the electronic apparatus, thereby effectively reducing heat transmission from a heat-generating component to the housing, as well as a production method thereof, and an electronic apparatus including the composite sheet can be provided. The composite sheet is characterized by comprising a graphite layer (102) and a heat insulation layer (103). In the graphite layer (102), the thickness is lower than 100 [mu]m; heat conductivity in the face direction is above 1000W/mK, and the heat conductivity in the thickness direction is less than 20W/mK. In the heat insulation layer (103), the thickness is 0.05-1mm, and the heat conductivity is 0.01-0.05W/m*K.
