Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an electric ceramic insulation layer and a manufacturing method. The high-temperature far-infrared photothermal disc includes a heat insulation disc body and an alloy heating belt, the compositions of the heat insulation disc body are formed by the mixing of high-aluminium ceramic fiber cotton, silica sol and modified starch in proportion, the mixed material is subjected to die casting forming at a normal temperature, and after the die casting forming, the mixed material is dried, sintered, and lathed at a certain environment temperature to form the heat insulation disc body, the alloy heating belt is stamped into a tooth shape, the tooth-shaped alloy heating belt is coiled and formed based on a die of a corresponding shape and then is subjected to mould pressing to the heat insulation disc body mechanically, at the end, a binding post connection device is installed to complete the whole product manufacturing. The electric ceramic insulation layer has good heat insulation effect, is fast in heating and high in plasticity, and can be manufactured into different shapes; and moreover, the electric ceramic insulation layer is applicable to household electrical heaters, electrothermal furnaces or other electrothermal devices, barbecue equipment, tea processing devices, cooked foodstuff processing devices, traditional Chinese medicine decocting devices, or other industrial electrothermal products. |
