The test system comprises a master control unit, an FPGA test unit, a board test tool, and a test signal source. The master control unit is electrically connected to the FPGA test unit through serial ports. The board test tool is electrically connected to the FPGA test unit. The board test tool is used for the installment of a board to be tested. The test signal source is connected to jacks of the board to be tested. The master control unit receives signals from the board to be tested and performs testing. The invention also discloses a test method of the test system. The test method and the test system depend on FPGA array comparison technology, various signal transmission control technologies and electrical automation technology to test television boards. The problems of low production efficiency and difficult quality control in the prior art in which the testing of liquid crystal television boards is totally dependent on human participation are solved. |
