Shooting method and terminal

The invention relates to the technical field of electronic information and discloses a shooting method of a terminal. The shooting method is applied to the terminal comprising a first camera and a second camera and comprises the steps of: receiving a shooting instruction from a user; controlling the first camera to detect dynamic frames of eyes in a viewing area; judging whether eyes finish actions from opening to closing; if yes, controlling the second camera to carry out a shooting action. The invention further discloses the terminal which is controlled by the method mentioned above. According to the invention, eye-closed pictures of a shot object are effectively avoided.
