The invention provides a hard real-time computer cluster dynamic scheduling system which aims to solve the problems of design redundancy and high operation reliability in an information processing application system and single-point faults that easily occur in a software and hardware system structure design, and guarantee the stable running of the system. The main content of the invention includes hard real-time computer cluster dynamic scheduling software and hardware model design, and dynamic scheduling strategy design.
