The invention provides a communication implementing method based on a flattened model, which can be used for point-to-point communication and collective communication, wherein the method comprises: descriptors of user information are assembled in memory by a calculating core; the descriptor address information used as an information request is notified to a control core by the calculating core in a memorizing way; the control core inquires the information request of the calculating core in a way of establishing a polling threading; the control core takes out a descriptor for matching the information through the descriptor address information carried in the information request; and the control core utilizes the matching result of the information to communicate with a remote control core.
