In the existing grouping technology, the air cooling heat dissipating is not balanced, the battery performance dissimilation is heavy, the regular check replacement is required, the liquid cooling heat dissipating structure is complex, the weight and the cost are substantially increased, the battery pack requires heating charging when the temperature is lower than 10 DEGC, and the uniformity of the battery performance inside the pack can not be maintained because the prior art can not provide the uniform and rapid heating.
