Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a method and a system for monitoring POS transactions. The method for monitoring POS transactions comprises the steps of changing the address of a registered site for business operation of a commercial tenant into commercial tenant position information; obtaining the transaction position information of a current POS transaction during the POS transaction; controlling the current POS transaction according to the commercial tenant position information, the transaction position information and the transaction control rules. According to the invention, the POS device transfer monitoring is more convenient and efficient, the manpower cost is saved, trans-regional POS transactions can be terminated automatically, the safety risks in the POS transactions are greatly reduced; lawbreakers are prevented from stealing interests illegally.
