Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an optimized intelligent packaging system, and the system comprises a data receiving module; and a layering module which calculates the occurrence probability of each single dimension of each to-be-packaged object. A plurality of former dimensions with the probability being arranged from the big to the small are selected and represented through S1, and then a three-dimensional space which is not filled is layered according to each single dimension direction, thereby enabling the single dimension of each three-dimensional space layer in the corresponding layering direction to be one of S1. The system also comprises a splitting module which calculates the occurrence probabilities of the other two dimensions, except the biggest dimension, of each to-be-packaged object suitable to be placed in the corresponding three-dimensional space layer. Meanwhile, a plurality of former dimensions with the probability being arranged from the big to the small are selected and represented through S2, and each three-dimensional space layer is split in the other two dimension directions except the layering direction. In addition, the single direction of each two-dimensional space in the corresponding splitting direction is enabled to be one of S2. The system also comprises a single-strip packaging module. The system can reduce the time in layering and splitting, and increases the diversity of packaging schemes.
