Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a three-axis current sensor signal calibration method. The method comprises the steps of 1) three-axis signal acquisition, 2) sensor verification and 3) transfer command or end instruction command. According to the step 1) a three-axis current sensor accesses A' phase, B' phase and C' phase of a three-phase high-voltage cable; the three-axis current sensor is started; and a differential acquisition method is used to acquire current signals which access A' phase, B' phase and C' phase of the three-phase high-voltage cable. According to the step 2), an A/D converter is used to process the current signals of the step 1); single-ended acquisition is used to acquire power supply voltage of A axis, B axis and C axis of the three-axis current sensor; a detection command is input through a host computer; and a sensor verification result is acquired. According to the step 3), the sensor verification result acquired in the step 2) is fed back to the host computer; data comparison is carried out; and a transfer command or an end command is selected through a comparison result. According to the calibration method, the operation is simple, and real-time data acquisition and transmission are realized, wherein the data comprise acquisition time, sensor number, data point number, three differential signals, six single-ended signals, power supply voltage signals and the like. |
