Engine automatic tensioning wheel swing angle signal detection device and method

The invention relates to an engine automatic tensioning wheel swing angle signal detection device. A strain gauge is fixed to the middle of a test scale, one end of the test scale is fixedly connected with an elastic mounting base, and the elastic mounting base is fixedly connected with an acquisition unit base. The other end of the test scale can be fixed to a free-end scale mounting position of an automatic tensioning wheel, and can also be fixedly connected with a screw-nut assembly. The acquisition unit base can be fixed to the automatic tensioning wheel, and can also be fixed to an angle calibration baseboard. The signal output end of the strain gauge can be connected with the signal input end of a calibration signal processing module, and can also be connected with the signal input end of a swing angle signal processing module. The signal output ends of the calibration signal processing module and the swing angle signal processing module are connected with the signal input end of a swing angle signal calculation module. The device of the invention is simple in structure, convenient to install and low in cost, and the measurement result is accurate.
