System for vehicle fuel meter calibration

The present invention provides a system for vehicle fuel meter calibration. The system comprises an oil tank, a dashboard and a single chip microcomputer. The oil tank is provided with a float sensor. The oil tank is also provided with an oil filling port, a vent hole, an oil inlet joint and a oil return joint. Front and back ends of the bottom in the oil tank are provided with pressure measurement films. A pressure measurement film signal transmission joint is arranged outside the oil tank and is electrically connected to the single chip microcomputer through a digital signal conductive wire. The single chip microcomputer then is electrically connected to the dashboard through a digital signal conductive wire. The oil inlet joint is provided with a flow meter which is electrically connected to the single chip microcomputer through a digital signal conductive wire. The calibration system can be applicable to oil tanks with any structure, the versatility is good, the installation is convenient, the measurement speed is fast, the accurate and reliable oil quantity reading can be effectively ensured, when the dashboard display is inaccurate, a driver is timely reminded to pay attention, security risks are avoided, and the traffic safety is improved.
