Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a cooling tower and a method for recycling water through the cooling tower. The cooling tower comprises a cooling tower body (1); an air door (8) for sucking condensing air is formed in the side wall of the cooling tower body (1); an air duct (2) which is communicated with the cooling tower body (1) is connected with the top surface of the cooling tower body (1); a cyclone separator (3) is disposed in the air duct (2). The air door is arranged on the side wall of the cooling tower body, air entering from the air door can further cool steam inside the cooling tower body to form saturated steam, the saturated steam is condensed to form small water drops, and the small water drops are collected when passing through the cyclone separator in the air duct and thereby can be recycled. Therefore, water resources are saved, and meanwhile, the cooling capacity of the cooling tower is improved.
