The stirring type low temperature vacuum dewatering desiccation equipment comprises a material cavity. A stirring system comprises a hollow stirring shaft arranged in the material cavity. One end of the hollow stirring shaft is connected with a motor. The hollow stirring shaft is provided with a plurality of stirring blades. The material cavity is a shell body. The shell body comprises an inner shell and an outer shell. An outer heating cavity is formed between the inner shell and the outer shell. A heating cycle system comprises heating equipment. The heating equipment is communicated with the inner cavity of the hollow stirring shaft through a shaft part heat transfer pipeline. The heating equipment is communicated with the outer heating cavity through a cavity heat transfer pipeline. A vacuumizing system comprises a vacuum pump. The vacuum pump is communicated with the material cavity.
