The invention provides a vehicle pipeline device preventing vehicle pipeline interference. The device comprises a pipeline and a rubber sheath sleeved out of the pipeline. The rubber sheath comprises a hollow cylindrical pipe. The inner wall of the hollow cylindrical pipe is provided with a plurality of ribs. The tops of the ribs are abutted against the outer wall of the pipeline. The ribs are uniformly arranged along a direction which is the same with the axis of the hollow cylindrical pipe. The cross section of the rib is in a trapezoid. The width of the top part is smaller than the width of the bottom part of the rib. The bottom part is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the hollow cylindrical pipe. The height of the rib is 1.5 mm. The width of the top part is 1.5 mm. The width of the bottom part is 2.5 mm. The device does not need to change pipeline design trend, and preferably prevent wearing between the pipeline and a vehicle body, and wearing among pipelines. The device has better ageing resistant, water-tolerant, and corrosion resistant effect.
