Torque limiting device and valve with same

The invention relates to a torque limiting device and a valve with the same. Overload protection on a screw rod can be achieved. A threaded hole is formed in a valve rod nut of the torque limiting device in the axial direction of the valve rod nut. The valve rod nut is fixedly sleeved with a clutch support. A rotation preventing support is located under the clutch support and is fixedly arranged. The upper surface of a friction plate makes contact with the clutch support, the lower surface of the friction plate makes contact with the rotation preventing support, and the clutch support and the rotation preventing support are connected through the friction plate. The valve rod nut is sleeved with a bearing which is sleeved with a bearing liner. A spring is located under the rotation preventing support, the upper end of the spring is connected with the rotation preventing support, and the lower end of the spring is connected with the bearing liner. The spring upwards pushes the rotation preventing support, the valve rod nut is sleeved with a pressing nut which is in threaded connection with the valve rod nut, and the pressing nut downwards presses the clutch support. According to the valve, the rotation preventing support and stand columns are fixed, and the screw rod is in threaded connection with the threaded hole.
