Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of dry pulverized coal gasification and particularly relates to an adjusting valve used for adjusting the flow magnitude of airborne pulverized coal. The flow adjusting valve comprises a valve body. The valve body is provided with a fluid flowing inlet and a fluid flowing outlet. A valve core used for adjusting the flow of fluid is arranged in the valve body. A retainer ring used for preventing sundries from entering a valve deck through a gap between the valve body and the valve core is arranged in the gap between the valve body and the valve core and is connected with a valve body lining. In addition, the retainer ring is arranged on the outer side of the valve core in a sleeving mode and is in sliding fit with the valve core. The damage to a corrugated pipe valve rod due to the fact that foreign matter enters the valve deck through the gap between the valve body and the valve core is effectively prevented through the retainer ring, and the retainer ring further plays a guiding effect on the movement of the valve core while the foreign matter is blocked. Besides, due to tooth-shaped holes of the board face of the retainer ring, airflow guided in through a sweeping hole formed in the valve deck can evenly enter the downstream of the valve body through the tooth-shaped holes, and the sweeping airflow can conveniently sweep and clean the pulverized coal of the corrugated pipe valve rod and the sundries on the retainer ring.
