Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the technical field of fabric processing, and more concretely relates to a preparation method of spandex-free elastic cloth. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) selecting materials comprising the following materials by weight: 75-80 parts of stretch polyester, high stretch yarn terylene, stretch nylon yarn or high stretch nylon yarn, and 20-25 parts of monofilament; 2) refining at a low temperature; 3) pre-shaping: controlling the pre-shaping temperature at 200 DEG C; 4) dyeing; 5) reducing and cleaning; 6) shaping; and 7) packaging. In the preparation method of spandex-free elastic cloth, the stretch yarn is of a 'w' shape originally and is straightened during weaving; low temperature refining makes the straightened yarn back to 'w' shape; the yarn keeps the 'w' shape during shaping so that the fabric is elastic.
