The magnetic zirconia biological ceramic is prepared from, by mass, 65.0-85.0 parts of nano-zirconia, 12.0-22.0 parts of nano-alumina, 5.5-9.5 parts of calcium phosphate, 2.5-5.0 parts of nickel powder, 3.0-6.0 parts of ultrafine ferroferric oxide, 2.0-5.0 parts ofaluminum silicate, 1.0-3.0 parts of zinc oxide and 0.5-1.0 parts of platinum powder. The preparation method of the magnetic zirconia biological ceramic includes the following steps that firstly, materials are prepared; secondly, pre-mixed materials are prepared; thirdly, high-temperature calcination is performed; fourthly, cooling is performed step by step; and fifthly, zirconia biological ceramic is taken out after being cooled. The zirconia biological ceramic has the beneficial effects of being good in mechanical performance and high in bio-compatibility; and meanwhile, magnetic functions are achieved, side effects caused after the biological ceramic is implanted can be reduced, and good using prospects are achieved. |
