Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a water-based fire-proof binding agent, belongs to water-based fire-proof binding agents used in the field of power transmission and distribution and used for solving the problems that polyurethane binding agents used in the field of power transmission and distribution are poor in waterproofness and freezing resistance. The water-based fire-proof binding agent is prepared from, by weight, 20-30 parts of polyester polyol, 30-40 parts of polyether polyol, 20-30 parts of isocyanate, 1-4 parts of 2-2-dimethylolbutanoic acid, 0.5-1 part of N-methyl pyrrolidinone, 2-4 parts of triethylamine, 1-1.5 parts of nanometer aluminum hydroxide, 0.5-1 part of nanometer magnesium hydroxide and 1-2 parts of antifreezing agents. The water-based fire-proof binding agent has good waterproofness and is good in water resistance, has good antifreezing performance and is applicable to outdoor severe environments in the field of power transmission and distribution and has good flame retardance performance and good fireproof performance.
