Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a plastic and metal alloy composite material and a preparation method thereof. The plastic and metal alloy composite material comprises the following components of thermoplastic plastic, a nickel-aluminum intermetallic compound and a metal alloy material, wherein the thermoplastic plastic is modified by an silane coupling agent, and the mass ratio of the sum of metal alloy and nickel-aluminum intermetallic compound to the thermoplastic plastic modified by the silane coupling agent is 1:15 to 1:2, preferably 1:10. The plastic and metal alloy composite material has the advantages that the thermoplastic plastic is modified by the silane coupling agent, the nickel-aluminum intermetallic compound is added, and the proportion ratio of the components is adjusted, so that the plastic and metal alloy composite material with high tensile strength and good corrosion-resistant property is prepared; the tensile strength reaches more than 85Mpa.
