Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a novel benzophenone type hydrogen self-supplying photoinitiator and a preparation method and application thereof. The photoinitiator is obtained through a nucleophilic reaction of 4-fluorinated diphenyl ketones or 4,4'-difluorobenzophenone and phenol derivatives with dimethylamino methyl, a tertiary amine structure is contained in the molecule while an aniline structure is not contained in the molecule, therefore, energy transfer between benzophenone and tertiary amine is facilitated, more free radical reactive species can be generated more quickly, the initiating efficiency is improved, and initiating can be achieved without needing to additionally adding active amine when the photoinitiator is used; meanwhile, the carried tertiary amine groups are of a non-aniline structure and cannot generate benzene-amine molecules with the high carcinogenicity after being decomposed, and the hydrogen self-supplying photoinitiator is low in toxicity and efficient. In addition, the preparation production technology is simple, the raw materials are easy to obtain, mass production is facilitated, and the wide application prospect in the photocuring field is achieved. |
