The phosphogypsum soil conditioner is composed of the following raw materials, by weight, 720-760 parts of phosphogypsum, 50-60 parts of amino acid chelates, 100-120 parts of plant ash, 50-60 parts of amino acids, 45-50 parts of ferrous sulphate, 3-5 parts of boric acid and 0.6-1 part of functional biological bacteria. The soil conditioner is advantageous in that present waste phosphogypsum resources are changed into valuables from waste, necessary medium elements are provided for growth of crops, the soil salinization problems are solved effectively, the soil ph value is adjusted and balanced effectively, nutrition ingredients are rich, matching is reasonable, and soil ingredients can be balanced, improved and conditioned effectively.
