Oily scum dehydrator and preparation method thereof

The invention belongs to the field of environment engineering, and concretely relates to an oily scum dehydrator. The oily scum dehydrator comprises, by mass, 1 part of a reverse demulsifier, 0.5-5.0 parts of a polymeric flocculant, 0.01-5 parts of a pH adjusting agent, and 200-5000 parts of water. The reverse demulsifier is a polycation quaternary ammonium salt reverse demulsifier; and the molecular weight of polymeric cation polyacrylamide is 6,000,000-20,000,000, and the cationic degree is 10-35%. The composite scum dehydrator has the advantages of high dehydration efficiency, low cost, low viscosity of dehydrated scum, and realization of the dehydration rate reaching 40-60%, well solves the problem of unnecessary scum of sewage treatment plants, and can be used in oily scum reduction treatment of oil refinery. The invention also provides a preparation method of the oily scum dehydrator. The method has the advantages of simple process and easy industrial production.
