Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the field of photoelectrons, in particular to a fluorine-doped graphene quantum dot and a preparation method thereof. The fluorine-doped graphene quantum dot is a novel graphene quantum dot modified material; by means of a doping mode, additional energy levels of a graphene quantum dot are increased, the property of the graphene quantum dot is effectively changed, and the fluorine-doped graphene quantum dot can be used for the field of photoelectric detectors. According to the preparation method, degreasing cotton which is feasible and easy to obtain is adopted to serve as a carbon source, the price of the degreasing cotton is low, fluorine-doped carbon fibers are obtained by combining a hydrothermal synthesis method, and the fluorine-doped graphene quantum dot is successfully prepared after ultrasonic liquid-phase stripping is conducted. The prepared fluorine-doped graphene quantum dot has excellent photoelectric property, and ultraviolet absorption and the photoluminescence property obviously exist. |
