Fixed-distance feeding device for cylindrical tanks

The invention discloses a fixed-distance feeding device for cylindrical tanks. The fixed-distance feeding device comprises a horizontally-arranged rotary disk and a monomer conveying belt arranged on the side face of the rotary disk. The monomer conveying belt is connected with a discharging conveying belt through a spacing adjusting device. An annular check ring A separated from the rotary disk is arranged on the side face of the rotary disk. A port communicated with the monomer conveying belt and the rotary disk is arranged at the joint between the annular check ring A and the monomer conveying belt. An arc-shaped baffle separated from the rotary disk is arranged above the rotary disk. The arc-shaped baffle and the annular check ring A form a guide way communicated with the monomer conveying belt. According to the fixed-distance feeding device, the rotary disk rotates to feed the cylindrical tanks stacked on the disk into the guide way one by one and convey the cylindrical tanks onto the monomer conveying belt, and monomer feeding is completed; semi-circular grooves which are evenly distributed in the circumference of the rotary disk are used for containing the cylindrical tanks, the rotary disk rotates at a constant speed, and the cylindrical tanks are evenly thrown onto the discharging conveying belt at openings under the action of centrifugal force.
