Long and thin workpiece penetrating device

The invention relates to a long and thin workpiece penetrating device. The long and thin workpiece penetrating device comprises a clamping assembly, a pulling cutting assembly and a conveying mechanism. The clamping assembly is used for clamping long and thin workpieces so that the long and thin workpieces can be inserted into an outer sleeve conveniently. The pulling cutting assembly is used for conveying the outer sleeve to the clamping assembly, and the outer sleeve is cut off after penetrating of the long and thin workpieces is finished. The conveying mechanism is used for driving the pulling cutting assembly to move. By means of the conveying mechanism, the clamping assembly and the pulling cutting assembly, the penetrating process of the long and thin workpieces is automatic, manual operation is replaced, and the production efficiency is improved. In the penetrating process, the clamping assembly always clamps the outer sleeve, and therefore the long and thin workpieces cannot deform in the penetrating process, and the yield is increased. In addition, a plurality of containing stations of the long and thin workpieces are arranged on the pulling cutting assembly and the clamping assembly, automatic penetrating on the multiple stations can be achieved, the production efficiency is further improved, and the labor cost is reduced.
