The invention relates to a multifunctional portable electric hand drill. The electric hand drill is mainly composed of a drill chuck, a sliding gear, a small straight spur gear, fan blades, a motor shaft, a motor, an electronic speed control switch, a handle, a first general flat key, a small bevel gear, a second general flat key, a shell, an output rotating shaft, a large bevel gear, an input rotating shaft, a rocking handle, a roller overrunning clutch and a shifting fork. The output rotating shaft is connected with the sliding gear through the first general flat key. The sliding gear is engaged with the small straight spur gear mounted on the motor shaft. The output rotating shaft is connected with the small bevel gear through the second general flat key. The small bevel gear is engaged with the large bevel gear mounted on the input rotating shaft. The motor is mounted in the shell which is provided with the electronic speed control switch. The shifting fork is connected with the sliding gear through the first general flat key. An inner ring of the roller overrunning clutch is connected with the input rotating shaft. The multifunctional portable electric hand drill is reasonable in structural design and easy to carry and can normally work under the conditions with power and without power.
