The drip chamber solves the problem that when an existing drip chamber of the infusion apparatus is used again, gas can hardly be discharged automatically. The drip chamber comprises a body, an exhaust pipe and a hydrophobic air filter film. A liquid outlet is formed in one end of the body, and the other end of the body is fixedly connected with an end cover. A liquid inlet is formed in the end cover. An exhaust hole is formed in the end cover. One end of the exhaust pipe is fixedly connected to the end cover, and a disc part is arranged at the other end of the exhaust pipe. The outer diameter of the disc part is larger than the outer diameter of the exhaust pipe. An air guide hole is formed in the side face of the disc part. One end of an inner hole of the exhaust pipe is communicated with the exhaust hole, and the other end of the inner hole of the exhaust pipe is communicated with the air guide hole. A fixed protruding edge is arranged on the side face of the disc part. The air filter film is fixedly connected into the fixed protruding edge. By means of the drip chamber, on the basis of reducing the production cost, the automatic exhaust capacity is still achieved when an infusion bottle is replaced.
