Applications of pharmaceutical composition in preparation of influenza A virus infection prevention and treatment drugs

The present invention relates to applications of a pharmaceutical composition in preparation of influenza A virus H1N1 infection prevention and treatment drugs, wherein the active ingredient in the pharmaceutical composition is prepared from the following bulk drugs: rheum palmatum, scutellaria baicalensis and coptis chinensis. The present invention further provides a pharmaceutical preparation prepared from the pharmaceutical composition and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient. According to the present invention, with the pharmaceutical composition, the mice lung infection index of the influenza A virus can be effectively reduced, the mortality 7-9 days after the mice infects the virus can be significantly reduced, and the experimental result has statistical significance compared to the model group, such that the pharmaceutical composition has the significant anti-influenza A virus H1N1 infection effect.
