Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a short-life and low-cost strawberry hybridization breeding method, and belongs to the strawberry hybridization breeding technology. The strawberry hybridization breeding method is characterized in that the following methods are adopted in the hybridization breeding process: a method A, the hybridization performing time is brought forward by adopting a time backward method, and phenological period selection and superior plant selected commentary in hybridization seed obtaining, sowing and seedling culture and superior system primary selection are performed in the first year; a method B, an intensification concentrated sowing and seedling culture and bud seedling transplanting method is adopted to replace an aperture disk one-time sowing and seedling culture method; a method C, a single plant selection and step-by-step direct elimination method is adopted to replace a method of investigation and statistic of offspring of each plant in the steps of phenological period, plant type, fruit quality and disease resistance screening; and a method D, an open field natural identification method is adopted for disease resistance screening and is adopted to replace an inoculation identification method in laboratory conditions in the disease resistance screening step. Compared with the prior art, the method shows that the variety breeding selection period of at least 6 years in the prior art is significantly reduced to 4 years, and the breeding cost is reduced substantially. |
