The tower head of the iron tower is provided with a hanging frame. The hanging frame is provided with equilibrium orbits arranged at a height difference. The top end of the suspension insulator is provided with an equilibrium roller. The equilibrium roller is placed on the equilibrium orbits. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the longitudinally unbalanced tension applied onto the suspended poles and towers of high-voltage power transmission lines within heavy ice area can be automatically released, so that the line safety is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the line operation quality and the line operation efficiency are improved.
