Data storage device and manufacturing method thereof

The invention provides a data storage device and a manufacturing method thereof. The data storage device comprises a case as well as a storage part, a card reader, a data line and a spiral rod which are arranged in the case, wherein the data line can spirally wind around the spiral rod; a first connection plug connected with the storage part and the card reader respectively and a second connection plug connected with one end of the data line are arranged at a first port of the case; a card insertion slot connected with the card reader and a third connection plug connected with the other end of the data line are arranged at a second port of the case; an extending and retracting control part for controlling the connection plug to retract into the case or extend out of the case is further arranged in the case, and an extending and retracting button for controlling an extending and retracting part to retract and extend is further arranged on the outside of the case. The data storage device integrates the data line, a USB flash disk and an SD (secure digital) card, the data line can be extended and retracted during storage, a longer storage line can be stored, and besides, data lines can be separated, so that the data lines can be prevented from twining and knotting.
