Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to an optimized control method and system of a natural oil circulation air-cooled transformer blower fan. The optimized control system of the natural oil circulation air-cooled transformer blower fan comprises an air-cooled control device, a remote/on-site alternative switch, a temperature sensor and a contactor. The air-cooled control device includes a switch value input module, a switch value output module, a temperature collection module and a transmission module, wherein the switch value input module, the switch value output module, the temperature collection module and the transmission module are connected in order. The temperature sensor is connected with a transformer and is configured to collect transformer oil temperature at the top layer and winding temperature of the transformer; the temperature sensor is connected with the temperature collection module; the switch value input module is connected with the contactor; the contactor is connected with a cooling fan; and the remote/on-site alternative switch is connected with the switch value output module. The optimized control method and system of a natural oil circulation air-cooled transformer blower fan have functions of blower fan intelligent control, communication, blower fan state feedback and the like, are able to collect state information such as oil temperature at the top layer of the transformer, the winding temperature and whether the blower fan starts or not, and may control the start and stop of the blower fan according to the comprehensive analysis of parameters. A background display interface is provided, and the system communication with a transformer station is established. |
