Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a quantum dot film and a backlight module. The quantum dot film comprises a quantum dot core layer, an upper waterproof oxygen insulation encapsulation layer and a lower waterproof oxygen insulation encapsulation layer, wherein the quantum dot core layer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80 to 110 parts of matrix adhesive, 0.4 to 4 parts of quantum dot, 4 to 40 parts of quantum dot microcapsule, and 1 to 15 parts of diffusion particle. The quantum dot film is good in luminous efficiency and stability; brightness and color gamut attenuation are reduced after the quantum dot film is tested under high temperature and high humidity conditions.
