The invention discloses a fluorescence analyzer calibration system. The fluorescence analyzer calibration system is characterized by comprising an IC (Integrated Circuit) card, an upper computer and an IC card reader-writer, wherein the IC card is used for storing data information; the upper computer carries human body standard data required by detection items; the IC card reader-writer is used for receiving the human body standard data transmitted by the upper computer, writing the human body standard data into the IC card, reading the information stored in the IC card after writing the human body standard data into the IC card, and feeding the information back to the upper computer for data checking. According to the fluorescence analyzer calibration system, the IC card is used as an external memory of the human body standard data instead of an SD (Secure Digital) card in the prior art, and the IC card is matched with a reading circuit, so that the reading speed of the external memory is improved and the production cost is reduced; the IC card is not required to be plugged in and out, so that the reader cannot be damaged because of long-term use.
