Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an experiment apparatus and method for simulating combustible ice fluidized mining riser multiphase flow. The experimental apparatus consists of a gas supply system, a combustible ice generating and breaking integration device, a water circulation system, a sand injection device and a separation and recovery system. The combustible ice generating and breaking integration device can be used for condensing natural gas into combustible gas under conditions of high pressure and low temperature and forming ice particles through twice breaking. Sand particles and the ice particles are stirred uniformly through the flow of water in an ice and sand mixing chamber and then flow into a test riser, a high-speed camera is used for monitoring flow patterns and a pressure gage and a thermometer are used for recording real-time variations in pressure and temperature. The separation and recovery system can achieve three-stage separation, sequentially separates and recovers gas, water, ice and sand, and economic and environmental protection effects are gained. The invention adopts a closed recirculation, and is easy to operate and safe and reliable. |
