Detection device and method of bolt load and pad compacting force of flange connection

The invention discloses a detection device for a bolt load and a pad compacting force of flange connection. The detection device is used for detecting the bolt load and the pad compacting force on a flange connection device. The detection device comprises an electronic sensor arranged between a bolt and a flange; a processor; and a display. The processor is connected with the electronic sensor and the display and is used for receiving data detected by the electronic sensor, calculating the bolt load and the pad compacting force according to the detected data, and controlling the display to display the bolt load and the pad compacting force. In this way, the bolt load and the pad compacting force can be visually checked when a nut is tightened, and the detection device and method solve the technical problems in the prior art that a determined bolt pre-tightening force may not obtain an expected pad compacting force after an internal pressure is applied, and the bolt pre-tightening force cannot be applied precisely.
