Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is an assembly method for a cone bearing of an intermediate shaft of a gearbox. The assembly method comprises the steps that 1, an inner ring of a rear bearing is foxed to an intermediate shaft assembly; 2, the intermediate shaft assembly is lifted into a gearbox body, so that the rear end of the intermediate shaft assembly emerges from a rear bearing hole of the gearbox body; 3, an outer ring of the rear bearing is pressed into a bearing hole of the gearbox body, but balance is reserved and assembly is not completely in place; and 4, a retarder support is fixed to the gearbox body, and the outer ring of the rear bearing is pressed and assembled in place through extrusion of the retarder support. The assembly method has the effects that according to a traditional assembly method, when the rear is installed, the outer ring of the rear bearing is assembled in place directly; when the retarder support is assembled and fixed to the gearbox body, due to the fact that gaps are probably reserved between the intermediate shaft assembly and the rear bearing fixed to through the intermediate shaft assembly and between the intermediate shaft assembly and the assembled retarder support, measured gaps at the front end are changed again, and hidden danger is left to assembly of the gearbox; while according to the assembly method for the cone bearing of the intermediate shaft of the gearbox, the outer ring of the rear bearing is pressed and assembled in place through extrusion of the retarder support, so that it is ensured that no gaps are reserved between the retarder support and the rear bearing, and no hidden danger is left to assembly of the gearbox. |
