The rotary mud continuous wave generator has the advantages that the rotary mud continuous wave generator is reasonable and compact in structure and convenient to use; a control circuit receives electric control signals output by a downhole sensor and drives a motor, the motor outputs power to drive the rotary wheel through the rotation of the rotary shaft, the mud flow sectional area of the mud flow limiting holes can be changed by the damping vanes of the rotary wheel, so that continuous waves are generated in a drill stem, and high transmission rate is achieved; when the rotary mud continuous wave generator enters a well, the execution drive mechanism rotates the damping vanes to increase the flow area of the mud flow limiting holes, good adaptability is achieved, and blocking is prevented.
