Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-performance fiber warping machine. The high-performance fiber warping machine comprises a creel, a first yarn guide frame, a second yarn guide frame, a yarn spreading and laying mechanism, a traction mechanism, a gluing mechanism, a heating mechanism, a cooling mechanism and a winding mechanism, wherein the first yarn guide frame is used for changing an arrangement angle of high-performance fiber bundles on the creel to enable the fiber bundles to be arranged vertically; the second yarn guide frame is used for adjusting the vertically arranged high-performance fiber bundles to be horizontal and arranging the fiber bundles into an upper layer and a lower layer; the yarn spreading and laying mechanism is used for spreading and laying the high-performance fiber bundles through high-frequency oscillation, so that not only can monofil high-performance fibers be arranged uniformly, but also arrangement gaps among monofil high-performance fibers can be eliminated; the traction mechanism is used for backward conveying the well arranged high-performance fibers; the gluing mechanism, the heating mechanism and the cooling mechanism are used for enabling the warped high-performance fibers to be a tackified fabric, and then winding the tackified fabric. Through the adoption of the high-performance fiber warping machine, the problem of tension control of warped carbon fibers is solved, and technical problems in tackified fabric preparation and blended tackified fabric preparation in subsequent steps are solved.
