Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an electroplating pretreatment method for high alloy steel. According to the method, an original pretreatment technological process is not changed, and weak corrosion is improved. The method comprises the steps that 1, the strong oxidizing property of hydrofluoric (HF) acid is used for removing silicon compounds and other oxides on the surface of the high alloy steel after parts are subjected to chemical/electrochemical deoiling; and 2, acid pickling time is shortened to 5-10 s from original 0.5-2 min, so that the parts are prevented from being over-corroded by crystal boundary segregation formed by phosphorus and sulphur in part matrix structures due to overlong acid pickling time. Compared with the prior art, by means of the technical scheme, thin and compact oxidation films on the surfaces of the parts can be removed after pretreatment, and therefore the binding force of an electroplating layer and part matrix metal is improved.
