Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a phosphorization pretreatment method for alloy steel parts. The method comprises the steps of part check and acceptance, organic solvent deoiling, sand blasting, organic solvent deoiling, separation, mounting and hanging, alkali degreasing, cold washing and grain refining. The method is characterized in that a nitric acid corrosion step is added between the step of mounting and hanging and the step of alkali degreasing, the percentage concentration by weight of a nitric acid corrosion solution is 2%-5%, the corrosion time is 10-30 s, and the temperature of the nitric acid corrosion solution is the room temperature. After the method is used for treating the parts, the surfaces of the phosphorized parts have no bright point or bright area, and a phosphating film is complete and uniform. |
