Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of hot rolling and in particular relates to a hot-rolled coiled plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The hot-rolled coiled plate contains the following components in percentage by weight: 0.05-0.10% of C, 0.10-0.30% of Si, 1.30-1.90% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.015% of P, less than or equal to 0.004% of S, 0.01-0.05% of V, 0.04-0.065% of Nb, 0.10-0.30% of Cr, 0.010-0.050% of Ti and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The method comprises the processes of smelting, continuous casting, plate blank heating, rough rolling, finish rolling, cooling and coiling. According to the hot-rolled coiled plate and the manufacturing method, by means of low-carbon low-sulfur component design, the low-temperature toughness of the hot-rolled coiled plate is guaranteed. Meanwhile, no expensive Mo element is added to the hot rolled coiled plate so that the production cost is reduced. Due to effective control of the plate blank heating system in combination with a low-temperature large deformation rolling process in a recrystallization zone at the end of the finish rolling stage, an impact ductile-brittle transition temperature FATT50 of the hot-rolled coiled plate is lower than or equal to -60 DEG C and a DWTT ductile-brittle transition temperature of the same is lower than or equal to -60 DEG C; in short, the hot-rolled coiled plate has super-high low-temperature toughness.
