Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of magnesium alloy preparation, in particular to a graphene modifying Mg-Al-Mn magnesium alloy material for casting automobile parts and a preparation method thereof. The material belongs to Mg-Al-Mn magnesium alloy and is doped with Nd, Mo and the like, so that the organization structure of the alloy material is further improved, and the functions of refining grains and improving the mechanical property are achieved. In addition, a polyvinylpyrrolidone absolute ethyl alcohol solution is used as a medium, graphene is scattered into the solution and then is mixed and ground with Mg powder, and the graphene is evenly wrapped scattered in the Mg powder. In the subsequent smelting process, the graphene is mixed with other metallic elements more fully; compared with a traditional direct mixing mode, the method is more efficient, and the prepared magnesium alloy material achieves corrosion prevention and abrasion resistance, is light and high in strength and has both good toughness and rigidity. The machinability and the using performance of the automobile parts prepared from the material are both improved. |
