Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a medium refractive index LED cross-linking agent, which comprises, by weight part, 1-5 parts of hydroxyl silicone oil, 100-105 parts of phenyl trimethoxy silane, 100-120 parts of diphenyl dimethoxy silane, 10-20 parts of a hydrogen containing ring body, 40-60 parts of a hydrogen containing dual seal head, 30-50 parts of distilled water, 100-200 parts of a solvent and 3-5 parts of a catalyst. The invention also provides a preparation method of the cross-linking agent. The method includes: adding the raw materials into a container, raising the temperature to 65DEG C under the protection of nitrogen, conducting heat preservation for 3h under stirring, then raising the temperature to 100DEG C, carrying out heat preservation reaction for 5h under stirring, washing the obtained reaction liquid to neutral with distilled water, finally controlling the temperature at 200DEG C and the pressure at -0.096MPa, and performing reduced pressure distillation, thus obtaining the medium refractive index LED cross-linking agent. The cross-linking agent provided by the invention has a refractive index of 1.410-1.499, and has the characteristics of high light transmittance and stable product properties.
