The invention discloses a high-tenacity nylon material composition and a high-tenacity nylon preparing method. The composition is prepared from nylon, polycarbonate, polyurethane, ethane, calcium carbonate and epoxy resin. For 100 weight parts of nylon, the content of polycarbonate is 5-30 parts, the content of polyurethane is 10-20 parts, the content of ethane is 5-30 parts, the content of calcium carbonate is 1-5 parts, and the content of epoxy resin is 10-20 parts. High-tenacity nylon is prepared by mixing nylon, polycarbonate, polyurethane, ethane, calcium carbonate and epoxy resin according to a certain proportion, smelting the mixture, and conducting extrusion molding on the smelted mixture. The nylon material prepared with the method is higher in tenacity in actual use, so that the application range of the high-tenacity nylon prepared with the method is widened greatly and using quality is improved.
