Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a polyester material with an antibacterial and biocompatible surface and a preparing method and application thereof. The method comprises the steps that amination of the surface of a polyester material is achieved by means of aminolysis or the plasma technique, so that a surface-aminated polyester material is obtained; the obtained surface-aminated polyester material is made to react with dialdehyde to achieve formylation of the surface of the polyester material, so that a surface-formylated polyester material is obtained; the obtained surface-formylated polyester material is made to react with citicoline chitosan salt to achieve citicoline chitosan salt immobilization of the surface of the polyester material, and washing is conducted to obtain the polyester material with the antibacterial and biocompatible surface. The adopted citicoline chitosan salt has high cytocompatibility, blood compatibility and broad-spectrum antibacterial property in the physiological environment and can be fixed to the surface of the polyester material under a mild condition, operation is easy, the polyester material with the antibacterial and biocompatible surface can be obtained, and the polyester material is suitable for implantable and interventional medical devices.
